Bunches & Bows is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason your gift arrives damaged or not in perfect condition it may be exchanged for another gift to the same value, or a refund will be issued.
Simply return the gift to Bunches and Bows, Shop 9 Albion Way, Dunedin, New Zealand 9016 within 48 hours of receipt. Returned gifts must be unused and sent with an explanation for your return. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop 9 Albion Way, Dunedin, New Zealand 9016. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Substitution Policy
While our florists will attempt to use the exact flower types and containers pictured, we reserve the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability or seasonality of specific flower types and containers. In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
Quality
Throughout New Zealand seasonal and regional conditions may affect the supply and cost of flowers and foliage. In these circumstances Bunches & Bows reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions whilst maintaining the value of your order.
Containers
Where possible a particular container or basket ordered will be supplied. Should these not be available, then alternative containers of a similar value and style may be substituted.
